About Todd Lang

In addition to being an islander my whole life, real estate runs deep in my family. I received my real estate license in 2004. My mom served as CEO of a Board of Realtors for 20 years, my dad spent over 40 years as a real estate broker, and my brother has been a broker for two decades.

 

I’ve also spent the last 25 years as an entrepreneur, business owner, executive recruiter, and management consultant—building organizations from the ground up across recruiting, sales, and go-to-market strategy. My work has always been consultative and results-driven, and that same approach carries over into my real estate practice. I’m experienced in navigating complex transactions, aligning multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, and delivering real outcomes for my clients.

 

I have a no nonsense approach to partnering with sellers to strategically position their properties and generate true market traction. I represent and consult with buyers looking for the right fit, investors seeking strong returns, and developers managing large-scale projects. My background allows me to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities, and keep deals moving forward. Whether it’s a first home, a seasonal property, or an investment opportunity, I bring a business-minded, hands-on approach to every transaction.
